Job description

In short

This is your opportunity to become a core part of On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team and take on the responsibility to co-lead On's first store in Austria. As one of the first hires of the Vienna store team, On will rely on you to help co-define the various store operation processes ahead of the opening.

Once the doors have opened, you will be in charge of the store's overall performance and delivering exceptional customer service every day. You will oversee all store-related operations from inventory management to IT systems, customer flows, product training, and all internal team responsibilities.

Your story

• 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
• You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement.
• You have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• You have strong experience in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams from start to finish.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and speak German and English fluently is required.
