Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Newry is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to help customers with sizes and styles, process purchases and returns, and keep the shop floor neat and appealing. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience in a fast-fashion environment.

Your shifts are Saturdays 6am–10am and Sundays 2pm–6pm, totaling 8 hours per week, with a salary of £13.11 per hour. The company offers flexibility with shifts, a contributory pension, employee discounts, wellbeing

Location: Primark475 Newry Buttercrane Pay rate: £13.11 per hour Employment type: Permanent Job type: Part time only Contracted hours: 8 hours per week Shift pattern: Saturday 6am -10am and Sunday 2pm-6pm.

• You must have right to work eligibility in the UK. Please verify the contracted hours for this role if you have visa restrictions that limit the hours you can work.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over where the role requires regular working hours before 6:00am or after 11:00pm, due to legal restrictions on the working hours of young workers.

What you’ll do

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
