Role Title - Retail Assistant - Truro - 10 hours per week

Note: Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and hold a full driving licence.

Shift pattern: 3 Mondays, 3 Wednesdays, 4 Fridays

DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, collaborating with well-known retailers and high street fashion brands such as River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, Boots, and more.

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

• £11.44 per hour
• Free jewellery – valued between £25-£55 per month!

You will be based in Truro but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to streamline work processes.

Job role:

You should be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

Your responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
