Location: Tewkesbury
(Must be flexible to get to other locations)

Hours: Part-Time– Flexible, Multi-Site Working

Salary: £12.21 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities of a Retail Associate:
  • Support the day-to-day running of charity retail shops within a cluster group, occasionally covering a shop independently.
  • Open and close the shop, act as a key holder, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Supervise and support volunteers, ensuring consistent service standards.
  • Manage stock, pricing, and visual merchandising to maximise sales.
  • Promote Gift Aid and fundraising initiatives.
  • Handle cash, banking, and use systems for stock and sales reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints.
  • Work flexibly across different shop locations, covering absences and peak trading periods.
Key Skills of a Retail Associate:
  • Retail or customer service experience, ideally in a charity or multi-site setting.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support volunteers.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently when needed.
  • Confident with IT and retail systems.
