Nike Talke is looking for the next part-time 8-hour Retail Assistant (Temp) to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer:

What you bring:

• Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.

• Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.

• Supporting various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on the shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.

• Using your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.

• Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.

• Enhancing your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.

• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.

• Ability to apply product sales techniques.

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store needs.

Availability:

• 8 hours per week.

• Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

• This is a seasonal role.
