Primark is hiring a Part-time Stockroom Retail Assistant in Stevenage. You’ll help keep the stockroom organized, transfer stock to the sales floor, and process deliveries while ensuring safety and accuracy across shifts that include weekends.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, flexible early-morning shifts (05:00–10:00) with end date 02 January 2027, and a generous pension plus employee discount. You must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.

• Keep the stockroom well organized and visible for easy access and safe working environment.
• Transfer stock between the stockroom and the sales floor.
• Receive, unpack, check off and organise new deliveries daily.
• Operate in a safe and professional manner to minimise stock damage and loss.
• Support and help colleagues on the sales floor by maintaining stock availability.

Contracted hours: 12-20 hours per week
Shift pattern: Early morning shifts between 05:00- 10:00 including weekends – all will be discussed at interview.

What you’ll do

As a Stockroom Retail Assistant, you’ll be keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Keeping the stockroom looking great and well organised to allow better visibility and to promote a safe working environment.
• Transferring stock between the stockroom and the sales floor.
• Receiving, unpacking, checking off and organising new deliveries every day in a fast and efficient way, making sure all goods are packed away or put out for sale.
• Acting in a safe and professional manner making sure we minimise stick damage and loss.
• Providing a great stockroom environment by organising and allocating the stock while supporting and helping the colleagues on the salesfloor.
