Job summary

Primark is seeking a Stockroom Retail Assistant to support stockroom operations and the sales floor. You will help with receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and ensuring safe, efficient processes behind the scenes.

You’ll be part of a team that values clear communication, reliability and a positive attitude. Applicants must be 18+ and have right to work eligibility in the UK.

• Must be 18+ due to equipment use and health and safety.

• Comfortable with shifts and real-time stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Keep stockroom tidy and well organised to maximise visibility and safety.
• Transfer stock between stockroom and sales floor.
• Receive, unpack and check deliveries daily and organise goods for storage or display.
• Act safely and professionally to minimise damage and loss.
• Create a great stockroom environment and support colleagues on the sales floor.
• Communicate clearly, listen, share ideas and be willing to learn.

As a Stockroom Retail Assistant, you'll be keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Here's a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Keeping the stockroom looking great and well organised to allow better visibility and to promote a safe working environment.
• Transferring stock between the stockroom and the sales floor.
• Receiving, unpacking, checking off and organising new deliveries every day in a fast and efficient way, making sure all goods are packed away or put out for sale.
• Acting in a safe and professional manner making sure we minimise stick damage and loss.
• Providing a great stockroom environment by organising and allocating the stock while supporting and helping the colleagues on the salesfloor.
  You're passionate about people and creating an amazing experience.
• You're honest, a strong communicator who can also listen, share ideas and get involved where needed.
• You're organised and have excellent attention to detail.
• You're a team player with high levels of motivation, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
