Job summary

Primark Wembley is looking for a customer-focused teammate to help customers with sizes and styles, purchases or returns, while keeping the shop floor tidy with fully stocked shelves and clean fitting rooms. You will deliver a fast, friendly till experience, receive deliveries, price items correctly, and ensure high standards.

We value honesty, strong communication, organization, teamwork and a passion for fashion.

• Experience in delivering friendly customer service.

What you'll do

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
