Job Description:

Role Title - Retail Assistant - Sheffield Abbeydale - 3 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Shift Pattern - 1.5 M and 1.5 F

DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. Some of our clients include River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, Boots, and others.

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

• £11.44 per hour
• Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day which suits you

You will be based in Sheffield Abbeydale but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to streamline work processes.

Job Role:

You need to be customer-focused, friendly, polite, professional, and positive.

Your responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with management teams to enhance sales and build relationships

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus
• Sales or retail experience preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with operating systems Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
