Musgrave invites applications for the position of General Assistant at Supervalu Fintona. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience through merchandising stock and serving customers.

You will serve customers at manned or self-scan checkouts, merchandise stock, and ensure stock rotation across all store areas. Full training will be provided, with weekly pay and employee discounts offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
• No prior deli or retail experience required; full training provided.
• Able to work well in a team and show a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at manned or self-scan checkouts while delivering excellent service.
• Merchandise stock, manage stock rotation across fresh, ambient and frozen areas.
• Adhere to health and safety policies to protect customers and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of work and support stock takes when needed.
• Support loss prevention and keep work areas tidy and safe.
