Job summary

Musgrave Group Plc in Belfast is seeking a General Assistant to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will support all store areas with merchandising, stock checks and friendly customer service.

No prior Deli or retail experience is required as full training is provided; GCSE Maths and English are preferred. This role offers weekly pay, staff discounts, and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English, Grade C or above (or equivalent).
• 6 months previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at manned or self-scan checkouts with excellent service.
• Merchandise, order, date check and rotate stock across store areas.
• Follow health & safety policies to protect customers and colleagues.
• Maintain a high standard of work and assist with stock takes as needed.
