Role Title - Retail Assistant

- Plymouth - 5.5 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift pattern - 1.5 hours Monday, 1.5 hours Wednesday, 2.5 hours Friday

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

• £11.44 per hour
• Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – work at any time during the day that suits you

You will be based in Plymouth but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to facilitate your work.

Job role:

You need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

You will perform various in-store activities, including:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
