Retail Assistant | Pets | Chelsea and Central London
Chelsea SW3 and other Central London locations
Permanent | Part-time - from 28 hours per week
£12.21–£13.50/hour depending on experience
Must be available weekends

Our client is a luxury pet care retailer with 9 stores across London. They’re a family-run business celebrating 30 years of serving devoted pet owners. They offer premium products, bespoke grooming, and exceptional service — and are now looking for customer-focused individuals to join their team.

They are looking for more than someone to work on the shop floor. They are looking for people who can be the warm, welcoming face of the business, offering tailored product advice, managing customer queries (in person and on the phone), and supporting their grooming operations.

The Role

  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer
  • Recommend a wide range of products including; Premium pet food, natural treats, supplements, Grooming and hygiene products, Toys, accessories, collars, leads, beds, bowls and more
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with bookings and queries
  • Follow up on enquiries and provide aftercare service
  • Support daily grooming appointments and store routines
  • Maintain clean, well-presented retail displays
  • Represent our brand values of care, quality, and personal connection
