Role Title - Retail Assistant - Perth - 5 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Shift pattern: 1.5 M, 3.5 F or 3 M, 2 W

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

• £11.64 per hour
• Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – work the hours that suit you

You will be based in Perth but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to facilitate your work.

Job role:

You should be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with the host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role; experience with fashion brands is a plus
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred
• Access to a smartphone with Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
