Retail Assistant - Part Time, 12 hours, evenings & weekends

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Bransholme, Hull. This is a permanent part-time position with a minimum of 12 hours worked over 3 days each week, including weekends.

Please note that this role requires availability for shifts on weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday. If you are not available during these times, this position may not be suitable for you.

Pay & Benefits:

The pay rate depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

As a retail assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers with a friendly smile and greeting
• Assisting customers in finding products
• Providing fast and friendly service at the tills, helping with packing, and leaving a positive impression
• Handling stock carefully, working deliveries, and restocking shelves and freezers
• Working with your team to keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy
