Base pay range

Retail Assistant - Part Time, 20 hours, evenings & weekends

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. This is a permanent part-time position with a variety of shifts, working a minimum of 20 hours over 4 days each week, including weekends.

Please note that this role requires availability during weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday. If you are unavailable at these times, this position may not be suitable for you.

Pay & benefits:

The hourly rate depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.10
• Ages 21+ = £12.31

Role responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers with a friendly smile and greeting
• Assisting customers in locating products
• Providing fast, friendly service at the tills, including packing and goodbyes
• Handling stock carefully during deliveries and stocking shelves
• Maintaining shop safety, cleanliness, and tidiness
