Retail Assistant - Part Time, 8 hours, evenings & weekends

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Pentwyn, Cardiff. This is a permanent part-time position working various shifts, with a minimum of 8 hours over 2 days each week, including weekends.

Please note that this role requires availability during weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday. If you are not available at these times, this position may not be suitable for you.

Pay & Benefits:

The pay depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly with a friendly smile and greeting
• Assist customers in finding products
• Provide quick, friendly service at the tills, including packing and polite goodbyes
• Handle stock carefully, working deliveries efficiently to stock shelves and freezers
• Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and tidiness with your team
