Retail Assistant - Part Time, 20 hours, evenings & weekends

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Waterloo Road, Blackpool. This is a permanent part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours over 3 days per week, including evenings and weekends.

Please note that availability for shifts on weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday is required. This position may not be suitable if you are unavailable during these times.

Pay & Benefits:

The hourly rate depends on age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.10
• Ages 21+ = £12.31

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them
• Helping customers find products
• Providing quick, friendly service at the tills, including packing and goodbyes
• Handling stock carefully during deliveries, stocking shelves and freezers
• Maintaining shop cleanliness and safety routines
