Retail Assistant - Part Time, 12 hours, early starts

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Richmondshire Walk, Catterick Garrison, Catterick. This is a permanent part-time position with a minimum of 12 hours over 3 days each week, including weekends.

Please note that this role requires availability for early morning shifts. If you cannot work early mornings, this position may not be suitable for you.

Pay & Benefits:

The pay rate depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and greeting
• Assist customers in finding products
• Provide quick and friendly service at the tills, including packing and goodbyes
• Handle stock carefully during deliveries, stocking shelves and freezers
• Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and tidiness as part of the team
