Retail Assistant - Part Time, 12 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Redditch, Worcestershire. We offer a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 12 hours over 3 days each week, including weekends.

Pay & Benefits:

The pay rate depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide quick and friendly service at the tills, including packing and good customer farewell
• Handle stock carefully during deliveries, stocking shelves and freezers
• Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and tidiness with team support
