Retail Assistant – Part Time, 12 hours.

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Pontardawe, Neath Port Talbot. We offer a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 12 hours worked over 3 days from 7 each week, including weekends.

The amount you will earn depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £9.40 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £11.54 per hour

As a retail assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers with a friendly smile and greeting.
• Helping customers find items.
• Providing fast and friendly service at the tills, assisting with packing, and leaving a positive impression.
• Handling stock carefully during deliveries, quickly stocking shelves and freezers.
• Working with your team to keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.
