Monday – Saturday, shift rotation basis
We are looking for part-time people to join us in our Gosport Retail Hub, where you will interact with customers through face-to-face, telephony, and live chat.
Don’t worry if you don’t have previous experience in the energy industry, as all of this is covered in our comprehensive induction.
We offer both a 4-week full-time induction at our head office in Chandlers Ford (all expenses paid) or a virtual 6-month training programme that can be completed within your part-time hours. This ensures you have all the knowledge and tools to support our customers.

Day to day, you will:
You will be a positive and solution-focused individual with a can-do attitude, as we strive to resolve all customer queries at first instance.
Your ability to adapt will enable you to move between different customer contact methods, whether this is face-to-face, live chat, or on the phone supporting as an overflow to our contact centre.
Previous experience in a customer-focused role, either face-to-face or telephony, is advantageous.
