Retail Assistant - Part Time, 8 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Barrow-In-Furness, Cumbria. This is a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 8 hours worked over 2 days each week, including weekends.

Pay & Benefits:

The pay rate depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

As a retail assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers with a friendly smile and greeting
• Helping customers find products
• Providing fast and friendly service at the tills, including packing and courteous farewells
• Handling stock carefully during deliveries and stocking shelves efficiently
• Working with your team to keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy
