Role Title - Retail Assistant

- Monks Cross - 18 hours per week - Temp until 28/12/2024

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores. We offer:

* £11.64 per hour

* Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!

* Flexible working hours – you choose when to work during the day

You will be based at Monks Cross but may need to travel to other stores within your zone. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work with a Team Leader who will provide coaching and support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to facilitate work.

Job role:

You should be customer-focused, friendly, polite, professional, and positive.

Responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with management to enhance sales

Please note: The Christmas period is our busiest time, and leave in December cannot be authorized. Consider this when applying.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in fashion
• Retail or sales experience is preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with OS Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
