Job description

Role Title - Retail Assistant - Merthyr Tydfil - 4 hours per week

Note: Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

DCK is a leading fashion jewellery company working with well-known retailers and high street brands such as River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, Boots, and more.

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores. We offer:

• £11.44 per hour
• Free jewellery — worth £25-£55 per month
• Flexible working hours during the day

Based in Merthyr Tydfil, you may need to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to facilitate work.

Job responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and setting up new stock
• Organizing promotional activities
• Collaborating with management to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in fashion retail
• Sales or retail sales experience is preferred
