Job summary

The Natural History Museum is seeking a Retail Merchandising Associate on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will assist with managing sales and stock across all retail outlets and product categories to help hit targets, and you will help plan sales forecasts for exhibitions and new ranges.

You will collaborate with the buying team to develop ranges and build relationships with external suppliers, while working with other Museum departments.

About The Role

Reporting to the Merchandising Manager to assist with managing sales and stock across all the Retail outlets and product categories to ensure targets are met, and to identify opportunities and risks.

The role will also involve assisting with the planning and sales forecasting of exhibitions and new product ranges.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the buying team to help develop the range and establish relationships with external suppliers, as well as having the opportunity to work with other departments across the Museum.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
