Base pay range

We are looking for someone to join the team as a Retail Assistant Store Manager in our Yate shop.

The Details

• Working 37.5 hours per week, 5 in 7 days
• Salary: £24,128 up to £24,714 per annum, dependent on experience
• Permanent position

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and work alongside the manager in optimising sales, managing, and leading a team of staff and volunteers
• Deliver high retail and customer service standards
• Support and demonstrate our values through your role
• In the manager’s absence, communicate instructions from Head Office and line management to staff and ensure they are actioned
• Promote diversity and gender rights

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in fashion, charity retail, and second hand items
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to earn trust, motivate, and build rapport
• Highly organized with a proactive approach
