We are recruiting for a Retail Assistant Manager for our new Sandhurst shop, a modern store filled with pre-loved items.

This is charity retail, but it defies typical expectations. We sell fashion and home furnishings that are on trend, and our stores are designed to compete with high street retailers. The role is as commercial and challenging as any retail environment, requiring you to utilize your visual and fashion experience to help set up and run a successful business.

You should be dedicated, passionate about retail, and possess a visual and creative flair. Excellent service, high standards, and a drive to make your store the best are essential. Additionally, you want to give back to the community.
