Superdrug Stores in Minehead is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager. Lead a passionate team, deliver great customer service, and drive sales through promotions and merchandising.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, support budgets and audits, and create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. Full-time, 39 hours per week, with a salary up to £31,600 per annum and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers with full training provided (Optional)
