Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role such as supervisor or assistant manager.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure store merchandising and visual standards are maintained to the highest level.
• Manage inventory levels, process stock deliveries, and conduct regular stock counts.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
