SAVERS in Middlesborough is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

No two days are the same: you’ll manage a busy retail environment, develop your team, and connect with the local community while supporting company goals and bonus opportunities.

Hours are 39 per week, full-time, with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends; salary is £31,600 per year plus a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong delegation skills.
• Ability to build routines and maximise sales.
