Zachary Daniels is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to join an established lifestyle brand in Oxfordshire. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team on the shop floor, and maintain high levels of service and brand presentation.

This hands-on role offers up to £35,000 plus bonus and benefits, with opportunities to develop leadership skills, progress within the brand, and contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team on the shop floor.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
• Strong coaching and development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to deliver strong commercial and operational performance.
• Drive sales and maximise customer opportunities to hit targets.
• Be visible on the shop floor, deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Coach and support team members to develop confidence, product knowledge and selling skills.
• Open/close responsibilities and cover Store Manager in their absence.
• Maintain an inspiring store environment with strong visual standards.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries and inventory accuracy.
