Job Description:

Role Title - Retail Assistant - Magherafelt - 3 hours per week

DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. Some of our clients include River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, Boots, and more!

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

• £11.44 per hour
• Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – work at times that suit you

You will be based in Magherafelt but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. A full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to facilitate your work.

Job role:

You should be customer-focused, friendly, polite, professional, and positive.

Responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Processing deliveries of new stock
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with management teams to enhance sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role; experience with fashion brands is a plus
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with OS Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
