We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes pride in their work, their food, and in their company that values its people.

As a Retail Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. You'll have opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond expectations.

Shift patterns will be: 5 out of 7 days.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Serving customers, ensuring they receive a seamless and personalized experience
• Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
• Representing M&S and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the cash register
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
