Role Title - Retail Assistant

Kettering - 1.5 hours per week

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

• £11.44 per hour
• Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day that suits you

You will be based in Kettering but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to streamline work processes.

Job Role:

You need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus
• Sales or retail sales experience is preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with operating systems Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
