Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

• £11.44 per hour
• Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day that suits you

You will be based in Inverness but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to facilitate your work.

Job role:

You should be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

Your responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Please note: During December, there is an embargo on taking holidays. You will have Christmas Day off, but other holiday requests during the festive period require prior approval. Please inform us of any pre-booked holidays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
