Role Title - Retail Assistant - Greenwich - 6 hours per week

Note: Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and hold a full driving licence.

Shift pattern: 1.5 hours on Monday, 1.5 hours on Wednesday, and 3 hours on Friday.

DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands, including River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, Boots, and more.

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores. We offer:

• £11.44 per hour
• Free jewellery – valued from £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – you choose when to work during the day

You will be based in Greenwich but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to facilitate work.

Job role:

You should be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude. Your responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with the host management team to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Note: The Christmas period is our busiest time; therefore, leave requests in December cannot be approved.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role; fashion retail experience is a plus
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with operating systems Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
