Retail Assistant - Full Time, 39 hours

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Speke Boulevard, Speke. This is a permanent full-time position, offering 39 hours per week across a variety of shifts, 5 days out of 7.

Please note that for full-time roles, flexibility in your availability throughout the week, including weekends, is generally required.

Pay & Benefits:

The hourly rate depends on your age:

• Ages 16-20 = £10.10 per hour
• Ages 21+ = £12.31 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and greeting
• Assist customers in finding products
• Provide quick and friendly service at the tills, including help with packing and polite farewells
• Handle stock carefully, working deliveries, stocking freezers and shelves efficiently
• Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and organization as part of the team
