Job summary

Primark Tamworth is hiring a Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract until 2 January 2027. The role is part-time, 12–30 hours per week, with shifts across afternoons, evenings (5pm–9pm) and weekends. You’ll have right to work in the UK and be 18+.

The job includes employee discounts, a pension scheme and wellbeing support. Responsibilities include helping customers, stocking shelves, processing till queries and ensuring high standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• You’re passionate about helping customers and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Ability to assist with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Able to set up an attractive shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms.
• Deliver fast, friendly service at till points and handle queries/returns.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Maintain an appealing shop floor with fully stocked shelves.
• Deliver swift, friendly till-point service and process queries/returns.
• Receive, unpack and price new deliveries to the sales floor.
