Role Title - Retail Assistant

- Eltham - 4.5 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift pattern: 1.5 hours Monday, 1.5 hours Wednesday, 1.5 hours Friday or 2 hours Monday, 2.5 hours Friday

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

• £11.44 per hour

You will be based in Eltham but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to facilitate smooth working processes.

Job role:

You should be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with the management team to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:
