Role Title - Retail Assistant - Didcot - 2 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores. In return, we offer:

• £11.64 per hour
• Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day that suit you

You will be based in Didcot but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. A full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential. We are looking for candidates available to start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to streamline your work.

Job role:

You need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude. Your responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with the host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with OS version Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
