Role Description

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores. We offer:

• £11.44 per hour
• Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month!
• Flexible working hours – you work the hours that suit you

Location and Availability

You will be based in Collier Wood but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

Support and Skills

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to facilitate your work.

Job Responsibilities

You should be customer-focused with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude. Your tasks will include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with the host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Additional Notes

During the Christmas period, which is our busiest time, leave cannot be authorized in December. Please consider this when applying.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role; experience with fashion brands is a plus
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later
