This is an exciting opportunity to join ESPA as a Retail Assistant in our new Cheshire Oaks store. The Retail Assistant is an integral part of the team providing world-class customer service to every customer, ensuring exceptional customer experience at all times.

As an ESPA Retail Assistant, you will:

Service:

• Provide world-class customer service and product knowledge to all customers.
• Build customer relationships using CRM to ensure a tailored shopping experience.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for all customers.
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support and be involved in internal and external events.
• Achieve personal set goals and KPIs.
• Drive sales through a seamless customer journey.

Operational Excellence:

• Be a positive, professional, and dynamic team member.
• Ensure perfect store standards including hygiene standards.
• Assist in updating and maintaining visual merchandising of all brands.

What experience & skills do I need for this role?

• Beauty retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong passion for ESPA and customer service is essential.
• An ‘always on’ approach when at work.
• Strong beauty knowledge and makeup application skills.
• Full availability including weekends and bank holidays is imperative.
