Note: Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and possess a full driving license.

Shift pattern: 1.5 hours Monday, 1.5 hours Wednesday, 1.5 hours Friday

Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer:

You will be based in Bracknell but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to streamline work processes.

Job role:

You need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

Your responsibilities include:

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
• Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries
• Setting up promotional activities
• Collaborating with the host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus
• Sales or retail sales experience is preferred
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with operating systems Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+ is required
