Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Retail Manager in maximising sales and managing stock effectively
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of display and shop layout
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers and donors
  • Support recruitment and management of volunteers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and shop policies
  • Assist in shop operations in the absence of the Retail Manager
  • Drive sales to improve store performance and support the Store Team in staying within budget
