Nike Gretna is looking for the next 20-hour part-time Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer.

This role is a temporary, fixed-term contract.

What you bring:

• Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
• Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Supporting various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on the shop floor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up-to-date and gain more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store needs.

Availability:

• Part-time (20 hours per week).
• 4 days fully flexible or 3 days fully flexible + 2 half days.
• Must include two out of the three: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Available between 7:30 am - 7:00 pm.
