What You Bring

- Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Supporting store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products, build visual displays) and recommending products to reach sales targets.
- Using your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services.
- Informing consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Enhancing your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communication, brand ambassador skills, and teamwork.
- Ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs.
Availability
- Must be available to work evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.
