Nike Leeds City Centre - Part-Time Retail Assistant

Nike Leeds City Centre is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join as temporary part-time Retail Assistants, working 8 hours per week to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

• Expertise in delivering outstanding consumer service and product knowledge to create a premium brand experience.
• Experience in training new employees alongside retail leads and floor managers.
• Ability to support various store functions such as operating cash registers, managing stock, refilling products, and building visual displays, while recommending products to meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services effectively.
• Ability to inform and educate customers and new team members about NIKE products and services.
• Willingness to enhance your knowledge through training and stay updated on sales trends, products, and company culture.
