Nike Bicester Retail Assistant - Part Time (8 Hours)
Nike Bicester is looking for the next part-time 8-hour Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to our consumers.
What you bring:
- Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Supporting store departments (e.g., operating cash registers, managing incoming/outgoing goods, refilling products, building visual displays) and recommending products to meet sales targets.
- Using your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services.
- Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Continuously improving your knowledge through our tools and training to stay updated on sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Availability:
- 8 hours per week.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
