NikeRugby is looking for a Temp Part-Time Retail Assistant (Athlete)

Join our team to provide world-class service to our consumers. This is a seasonal role offering 20 hours per week.

What you bring:

• Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support store departments by operating cash registers, managing goods, refilling products, building visual displays, and recommending products to reach sales targets.
• Utilize digital device knowledge to connect online and offline sales/services.
• Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Continuously improve your knowledge through tools and training courses on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:

Availability:

• Part-time, 20 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule: 4 full days or 3 full days + 2 half days.
• Must include two of the following days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
